Your order will be sent out on average within 5 business days of ordering.
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
In most cases the shipments will reach customers within the expected timeline that we advise through our tracking page. Occasionally, it can take a few more days.
In the unfortunate and rare event that it does not turn up at all, please check your payment and order confirmation email and ensure that you had entered the correct address. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at email@example.com noting your order number. We will quickly organize a replacement.
If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 calendar days from the date you received your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Once you contact us we will guide you through the steps to get a replacement or a refund.
Although a rare occurrence, if you do receive a damaged item, then please get in touch with us at email@example.com immediately so we can organize a replacement. We will need you to send in a couple of pictures clearly showing the defect.
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled.
